2. The rigidity and heat resistance of the spindle are better. Since the temperature of molten steel flowing into the mold cavity is about 1650 °C, the temperature of the main shaft part is rapidly increased by heat conduction, resulting in expansion and deformation. And because the main shaft is in the form of a cantilever, the load on the shaft head is large when the machine is running. Therefore, the spindle must meet the requirements of good rigidity and good heat resistance.
3. The overall performance is better. Because each part has different heating degrees, different materials, and different stress conditions, this requires the Transverse die forging machine to have better overall performance, easy operation and maintenance, and safe and reliable use.
